I am pregnant. Can I take Yummygums Hair?

Midwives, dieticians and other health experts often recommend that you take little or no extra vitamin A during pregnancy. This is one of the reasons why we have not included vitamin A in our Hair recipe. In principle, you can take Yummygums Hair safely during pregnancy. Nevertheless, we always recommend that you contact a doctor if you have nay dobuts or if you are also combining it with other supplements. This also applies for breastfeeding.
