How long do I need to take Yummygums Hair to see results?

No, it is not dangerous if you stick to the recommended daily dose of two gummies. Vitamins can be divided into water-solouble and fat-soluble vitamins. If there is a surplus, water-soluble vitamins are not absorbed, so you pee them out again. Biotin (vitamin B8) is one of the water-soluble vitamin. So, no upper limit has been set for Biotin by the authorities.

Yummygums Hair contains a lot of biotin, is this not dangerous?

Midwives, dieticians and other health experts often recommend that you take little or no extra vitamin A during pregnancy. This is one of the reasons why we have not included vitamin A in our Hair recipe. In principle, you can take Yummygums Hair safely during pregnancy. Nevertheless, we always recommend that you contact a doctor if you have nay dobuts or if you are also combining it with other supplements. This also applies for breastfeeding.
