All our gummies are vegan. They do not contain gelatin, but pectin and/or starch for structure and binding. The starch comes from corn and pectin is extracted from the skin of fruits. So not from animals!

Are Yummygums vegan?

The answer to this question is actually quite simple: to make our gummies taste good.
The taste of vitamins and supplements is bitter and foul, and sugar can compensate for this. We did look for a ratio in which the sugar content is as low as possible. That&#x2019;s why there is a small amount of stevia in our gummies with sugar. Where possible we have made our gummies sugar free, or we are developing a sugar free version.

For us, making our products taste good is always the top priority, as this allows you to enjoy your routine more and build a habit so easily!

Why do you use sugar in some Yummygums?

What sweeteners do the sugar-free gummies contain?
Yes, sugar free Yummygums contain stevia and maltitol. Stevia is a natural sweetener extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. Maltitol is a sugar substitute containing 75-90% of the sweetness. It is obtained from maltose (malt sugar), which comes from wheat or maize. This sweetener has almost the same properties as sugar, only it is a lot healthier! Maltitol is very low in calories, is better for your teeth and has less effect on your blood sugar level.

What sweeteners do the sugar-free gummies contain?

Store your Yummygums in the closed jar in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Do not store Yummygums in the refrigerator.

How should I store my gummies?

Yes, of course! If you remove the labels, the Yummygums jars are recyclable. The transparent jars are made of rPet. An rPET jar is made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET). That sounds complicated, but the bottom line is that it consists of previously used PET plastic. This makes our new jars 100% recycled and recyclable! So, very responsible.

Can you recycle the Yummygums jars?

The colours and flavours we use for our gummies are from plant sources. The dyes are extracted from sources such as carrot and blackcurrant. The aromas come from fruit. 


The gummies are free of artificial colours and flavours. So what are they made with?

When in doubt, always consult your doctor before you start taking supplements. It is wise to make sure that you can safely take the Yummygums in addition to any (prescribed) medicines you are taking.
