How many Multi+ gummies can I take per day?

Possibly, but we have developed sugar free Yummygums Kids especially for children of 3 to 12 years of age. Children over 12 years of age, just like adults, are allowed to take four Multi+ gummies a day. If you still want to give Multi+ to children younger than 12 years of age, the dose is two gummies per day. We do not recommend Yummygums for children under three years of age due to the risk of suffocation. All our jars have a child resistant lid.

Is Yummygums Multi+ also suitable for children?

No, as long as you stick to the daily dose of gummies, that is within safe limits. Vitamin B12 is the only water-soluble vitamin for which your body builds a &apos;reserve stock&apos;. This is a relatively small and non-harmful stock. In case of high intake, the body itself can limit the absorption of vitamin B12 from the diet.

The tolerable upper limit of vitamin D intake for adults and children over 11 years of age is 100 micrograms per day. Yummygums Multi+ contain a dose of vitamin D3 of 30 mcg, which is well below this limit. 

Yummygums Multi+ contains more than 100% RDA of vitamins B12 and D3. Is that not dangerous?

No, fortunately not. Our gummies are well below the upper limit for vitamin B6. We always follow to the official advice of the Dutch NHS when compiling our products.
