I have a subscription, ho w do I change my bank account number?

If you want to take out a subscription, you can choose between a monthly delivery or a quarterly delivery. When you place your order, you can indicate how many Yummygums jars you want to receive per delivery. You can also choose to subscribe for multiple products. These will then be delivered at the same time. Of course, you can always change this later in your account. 

I would like to take out a subscription. What options are there? 

A quarterly subscription has several advantages compared to a monthly subscription. The most important advantage is that it is better for the environment: instead of a package every month, you now receive 1 package every 3 months. This means fewer trips for the delivery person and less packaging material. You also receive a package or pick it up at a collection location less often. So, win-win! In your account, you can easily convert your monthly subscription to a quarterly subscription. 

What are the advantages of a Yummygums subscription?

You always receive your Yummygums around the same day of the month. For example, if you took out your quarterly subscription on May 18, you will receive the second delivery around August 18, you don&apos;t have to do anything for this. You can&apos;t remember? Then you can see in your account, at any time, when your next delivery is scheduled. If you have not received a track &amp; trace code within 3 working days after the planned delivery date, please contact us and we will check with you.

I have a subscription. When will I receive my next order of Yummygums?

Yes, of course. You can easily manage your subscription within your Yummygums account. Click on &apos;my subscriptions&apos;, here you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. When you click on &apos;view subscription details&apos; you will see the option to pause your subscription. You can indicate a reason here and also with and choose a new start date.

Can I pause my subscription?

We do not have a notice period. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Make sure you cancel the subscription a week before the next shipment is scheduled. You can always find this date in your account. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then the gummies are already on their way and unfortunately we can no longer stop them. 

What is the notice period for cancelling a subscription?

If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so in your account. Click on &apos;my subscriptions&apos;. In &apos;view subscription details&apos; you will be given the option to cancel the subscription. 

I want to cancel my subscription. How can I do that?
